Stuck at home (Day 2875)

After yesterday's visit to A&E, and with no work booked in for today, I decided it would be sensible to stay at home and have a rest day. An average day for me generally racks up around 15,000 steps. Today I have done just 2,800. 
I was very tempted to get out for a ride in the sunshine with  my beautiful wife this afternoon - I already know it doesn't hurt my knee - but reluctantly opted to stay on the couch. 
I quite liked the sunshine on the flowers on the window sill.
