Started taking the antibiotics today - they got straight to the point of pain in the foot - swelling reduced - have been really grateful for messages of support and help - especially from village.independent pharmacy - may be able to put shoes on soon

Received two more birthday presents - a book of walks - many achievable from the village - they include which bus to catch - from York friend Fi - and invite for a Bolton Abbey Walk with two ladies who walk - a following cream tea being on them

Am so pleased folk have made a point of helping me
