A call from the estate agent this afternoon to arrange for someone to view the flat next week. And a couple who came a couple of weeks ago  are apparently still interested, and their house is now on the market. Fingers crossed!

Eventually managed to get out for a short walk late afternoon. Don't let the blue sky in the Blip fool you. It's been a very windy day with sunshine and showers. Minutes before this shot was taken I got soaked in a sudden heavy downpour. Luckily it didn't last for long!
