Busy day

50 mile round trip for a dental appointment, once you find an NHS dentist to take you on you travel to hang on to them these days. All's fine another check in 6 months.
Lovely walk with my dear friend and her 3 dogs plus her son's dog. We pushed a bit further, she's getting fitter. Due back into hospital next week to have breast augmentation surgery to even her up after her cancer operation 2 years ago.
Then a yoga class this evening which was really good at easing out my stiff back.
