Spring Clean

Limited opportunities for taking photographs and sorting out Blip Admin today.

The club I belong to had a lunch and after lunch presentation today. The presentation was about the history of the FA Challenge Cup and the celebration of its 150th Anniversary. Ian Chester was the author and presenter and gave an informative presentation. In addition he cycled the original 1919 Tour de France and wrote another book about its history.

I learnt that in the first FA Cup competition Queens Park from Scotland took part and the Scots were influential in changing playing tactics to introduce passing.

My Blip is an image through the windscreen of my car when I had it washed after lunch.
