3006. Sweet and Spicy Meatballs
Did a bit of batch cooking today to use up a large pack of pork mince. So I made these (they were amazing) and had them with some rice. I put some into a container to go into the freezer for another day. I then made Mexican One Pot Pork and again kept some for tomorrow and another two portions for the freezer.
We popped out to the garden centre at Glendoick this morning for a wee wander and bought a few bits and bobs.
Lunch done, just having a cuppa and then back to putting away some winter woolies.
I use vacuum storage boxes for my heavier winter clothes so quite a few are going away today…it’s definitely Spring now isn’t it?
