Big Birds

The last time I was at the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch was four years ago when I met up with FotoAlex shortly before he fled to Maryland.

It wasn't a horrible day, windy but mostly sunny, so I took a drive for a Ranch visit before taking a look around Picacho Peak State Park (in the background). I'd never been there but will be going back when I more time to explore.  I also have tentative plans to go back to the Ranch with neighbor on the left.

A great big bird with a long neck strapped me into a chair and put a gun to my head. I guess you could say I was held ostrich.
