Into Embra for a morning spent discussing blockchain technology ( more interesting than you might think) then a few hours with my old mate Niall in his care home office. Plans were made for a swift follow up as it’s been a good few years since we last had a proper natter.

Joe had another set of chest x-rays at the hospital this morning so we should get results in the next ten days. Fingers crossed he can put all that behind him now.
