Low tide

One of the attractions of living by the coast is experiencing the constant changes to the beaches. Seven Mile Beach at Lennox Head lost much of its sand over summer, but it's now started to return. 

After a month or so of very hot weather we finally, today, got some relief. We woke to gentle drizzle and today's maximum temperature was a pleasant 26 degrees C. I walked along the beach into the village late in the day. Lots of locals were beach-walking in the enjoyable conditions.
