What a gem

Arrived home tonight to a splendid card from a dear friend. 

The image on the card is very me so really lifted the Monday blues.

Also, I love sending and receiving cards and notes in the post. There is something so personal, nostalgic, and intermate about it. Am I the only one to think like this?
