Rest in Peade

Carolyn, Gary, Bob and I were at the funeral of my cousin's husband today.
It was a small affair, and Alexandra, Alex's daughter did so well with the obituary to her father.  Her brother John had travelled home from Australia, and it was so good to be able to see them both and to show respect for their father.  Their mum Lilias has dementia and it was very difficult for them, but they managed with great dignity.  

Funerals are never pleasant but we were glad that we were able to be there.
