The sauna people

The sauna is on the next beach from ours, they go running down to plunge into the sea. We are altogether more leisurely. A fine swim and time on the beach this morning, it’s been too many weeks.

Then some light cooking prep, back to the beach with Rosie, a nice bath with my book. And far too late because of roadworks, my mum and Clare came for dinner. Was all v good fun, then they left and I watched the Grand Prix. My week ahead now looks a little hectic but with some smashing lovely bits to enjoy. And tbh, not really hectic, just with one middle of the night start. All will be well!
