Cockwood Blur

When I looked at the weather forecast this morning it indicated that there would be clear sky in the afternoon. Golden hour would be at 5.30 and high tide at about 5. That sounded good but unfortunately - they lied. I was aware of that before I left home but went anyway. I took various shots including some long exposures. I'm not quite sure why but I like this one. It's a 4 second exposure with quite a lot of movement on the group of boats.
