Sunday is batch cooking day!

The results of today's efforts were a chicken & broccoli pasta bake plus a Lancashire hotpot...and I have a roast chicken in the oven for dinner tonight! 

I've started reading a history book about the bombing of Hamburg during WW2. The introductory part is very interesting because I knew nothing about the city - I don't think I could have even told you it was a port city! 

We watched the fifth(!) installment in the Fast and Furious franchise last night. They're EXTREMELY stupid, but I love a big silly action movie and they're all up for free on ITV at the moment!
