Tulip

It may be from Amsterdam, but purchased from our local Aldi.
It is Mothering Sunday and a special - or difficult - day; depending on one’s life experience.
It is the second one for my wife without her mother, the 24th without mine. I bought these tulips and many other flowers on behalf of our daughter who because of a long term illness cannot get out independently so she could give them to her mum. And chocolates too.
It’s been a lovely day.
