Post Box at Streetly End

We've had a quiet Sunday so far, it was Church at Horseheath this morning and after we went up to Streetly End about half a mile away to take this photo of the post box which as you can see has been there for quite a while, well over one hundred years. Apparently it's a Pier Box C Type cast during the reign of Queen Victoria.


This evening we're of for dinner with Tom, Margaret's Mothering Sunday treat.
