Happy Mother's Day! I think that this only applies to the UK but I might be wrong.

We've had a fairly quiet day so far. After church we had a very nice breakfast of eggs and smoked salmon on muffins, accompanied by a glass of champagne. Later Benji, number one son, popped over which was lovely for us.

Weather has been quite nice with sunshine and blue skies at times but not that often. A very slight rain shower or two as well. The clouds are starting to build up whilst I'm doing this blip so we probably won't be seeing any more sun today although in this country who knows!
