Easy, like Sunday morning.

Very quiet in the gym, but all the regulars were there.  I went for a walk around Newbridge Field's afterwards, something I haven't done for a very long time, as J has been bringing me home.  ( he met me after I had walked half way ) I love to see the weeping willow making an appearance , which means Spring is bursting out all over. Another sunny day, which gives a boost to the mood. especially good on Mothering Sunday.
