Gate Head Mill Pond

Headed out on a run down Gate Head Lane, up Stubbing Lane, down to Barkisland Mill and home via Branch Road. 5.16 km in 34 mins. 

Lots of wildlife - geese, squirrels, pheasants, heron, roe deer and a butterfly.

The main photo is the former mill pond to Gate Head Mill.

A short walk this afternoon and came back home to find a deer in the next door neighbours' garden. It quickly shot off into a nearby field (see extra).
