Yum

We had a friend around for supper last night, he arrived with a box which was full of wonderful Persian goodies.  My pudding offer immediately went into the freezer and we had these, they  were delicious and not nearly as sweet as l thought they would be.
It is  Nowruz, the Iranian new year, and our local Iranian shop is filled with tempting goodies.
It is a political statement to call oneself Persian rather than Iranian.  My dentist is Persian and would be very upset to be called Iranian.
