Sweet Bella Girl...

Having a really rough time with the NOT smoking thing. Did good Thursday, Friday I forgot my gum and ended up buying a pack if cigs...Saturday was a trip to NJ for a family gathering, smoked a bit. Today a little better, have only had four since I have been awake (since 7am)...not too shabby. I realized too that after I do smoke, I get a nasty headache! Why is this so hard. I have been told over and over I HAVE to quit and I KNOW i do...its hard, very hard. UGH! Tomorrow starts a new week, hope it gets easier.
