Fancy Frills Tulip

This afternoon we went over to Culross and checked out the community garden. Lots of fresh blooms coming along but I did rather like these "frilly bloomers".
As the weather was good I managed to finish off the bit of rusty fence that I have been working away at for the last couple of weeks. Should keep it going for another two or three years.
