Watch out, landing carriage down!

Not going to talk about the weather today, its been .........!
Had a busy day but managed a quick coffee with a friend which is when we saw the starlings. I have had this seed/fat block for a while, put it out early spring and it wasn't eaten, so have been cutting off bits and occasionally putting it out. Today I saw it in the cupboard and thought I'm going to hang it on the feeder again. Well there must have been six of them trying to land and feed and about another ten on the ground waiting for bits to drop! Also two in the birdbath having a splash around, had to go and refill it! Such fun to watch and it had all been eaten by lunchtime! Sorry to put another bird blip on and for it being a little dark, it won over a butterfly and a flower!
