Ecological Cheese from Cows

One of the joys of travelling is coming home with treats. On the last full day in Andorra we went shopping. I found this cheese in the local supermarket. It wasn't a place you could taste the products and it was a bit more expensive than most cheeses there. However, I assumed quality costs, and it is ecological, so I took a chance..
Once home in Sweden Jan and I tasted the cheese - absolutely delicious, soft and creamy. This one won't be getting to its "best before" date!
