What a surprise!! 5 viewings today...
This new one we were surprised really liked small development backs onto golf.course. Village.10 min walk with shop, hairdresser, dentist, church, pub and cricket club!!

It probably.doesnt look much... but ticks many boxes and detached!! 
Arundel 6 miles, Chichester 8 miles, Goodward 15 minutes.. know 3 people around and about...
It seems possible and was so.peaceful not like your normal new build! lots Green areas and not overlooked..
