Knife Angel

Today is what Saturdays are for.
A Wet, soggy 8k run with the canicross team this morning followed by a visit to Guildford Cathedral where they are currently exhibiting tge Knife Angel.
It is 27ft tall, weighs 3.5 tons and is made of knives handed in during an amnesty.
So glad I had the chance to see it.
Thus afternoon we had lunch at our local Turkish restaurant 
Packed a lot in and still time for a rest this evening.
Gratitude 
Found a group of people I can run with and keep up.
Time to do things I enjoy
