Cowboy Chronicles

Yesterday , St Patrick’s Day, was a very scary one here at home but all turned out ok! When we awoke we realized Cowboy couldn’t stand at all— his spine is weak to his back rt leg collapses — and he refused to eat or take his meds. . He stand water but that was all so we took him into his vet with the heaviest of hearts. We were sure we were going to be saying our goodbyes —- but his dr gave him an extra shot with his acupuncture and whatever treats he gave him , cowboy gobbled up — so we’ve upped his pain meds and bought the expensive treats he liked. Gave home chicken and rice and his meds and he’s moving around again so a reprieve for now. A day spent with many tears turned out much better and we are thankful we have more time with our best buddy — even in this new regiment is causing the worst doggy flatulence ever lol!!
So between trying to get moved and cowboy health issues , my blip time is very reduced and my apologies. I continue to view your posts but may be slow to comment!!
