Deep breath & out we go

3 of us headed out to London Fields Lido this evening. So glad to be there but it was cold.

At work today, all of the staff team were interviewed by a consultant employed to review the working processes of the operational staff.

I so so welcome this review. I was stupidly nervous but we really need it. He was a smiley encouraging man who asked lots and lots of questions about who and how and what and I answered as best I could. There could and should be a shake up ahead.
