Three

We drove the long way home after dinner in a very pleasant restaurant. I was stunned at how many people were out walking the path by the ocean in the evening. Families, couples, singles, dogs, kids, groups of young people, bicyclists, runners—much more crowded than the mornings when we are usually there. We hardly ever venture out in the evening. The sunset was a brilliant reward for breaking out of our daily pattern.
