So this is what a slice of toast feels like. Yep I got well and truely cooked in the sun today while out watching the marathon. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it was for the runners so a big well done to everyone who took part. Here's Emily just coming up to the 26 mile mark in the relay run, slightly blurry but it's definitely her.
