Al fresco lunch

As a reward for emptying the garage of all the cardboard, Joe and I took a trip to Alanda’s seafood van at Longniddry after the recycling centre. And it was warm enough to dawdle outside.

Naturally the rain swept in later as we were on the wooden bridge at Aberlady but we’d already achieved our goals so Joe drove us home in the rain.

Later I made a potato, tofu, onion and broccoli yellow curry that was right on the borderline of being too spicy. Full and happy now.
