Spring!

I have spent most of the day in the garden.
What a joy!
It really felt like spring. Warm with some sunshine. Decided to wash all the towels. Just pegged them out and in 10mins it started raining. All brought inside and guess what, the sun came out!
However I decided not to put them out again, and so the rest of the day was dry.

The garden bin is being emptied next week and is nearly full. Mainly clematis, rose and jasmine pruning.
I have planted a bare root climbing rose on the new fence. Fortunately MrC managed to dig a hole large enough and avoided the old ivy roots.

My blip photo is the tiny flowers of Brunnera ‘ Jacks Gold’. It must have been growing under all that snow. Amazing.
