Goldfinches in the rain

Took a few photos of the garden birds this morning before heading off to my ceramics class. Glazed a couple of pots that had been fired while I was away last week, hopefully they will be back next week and fingers crossed, turn out ok.
Met a friend for a late lunch in Clarence Drive, we worked together 20 odd years ago, it’s nice to catch up every now and again and for once we have put another date in the diary so it doesn’t get forgotten!
