Spring is literally in the air

A few days ago my face was freezing when I cycled to work. Today I cycled to school first thing and it was noticeably warm on face and hands.

I spent the morning outdoors in the playground doing some light gardening duties with the kids, sort of, and then managed time for a coffee and biscuit before pick up. A very social morning!

If all goes well, we'll make a chocolate Guinness cake this afternoon! Happy St Patrick's Day.
