Wild Asparagus.

Today we were invited to go collecting wild asparagus with our French neighbours. Afterwards we ate it with our lunch, washed and chopped up raw and mixed with boiled potatoes. It was delicious. Beware though, when cooked the taste changes and to our uninitiated taste buds it was quite disgusting.
