Primroses

Busy moring doing some cooking and then out in the garden, planting more of yesterdays buys. Surprise visit from friends in their canoe, fitted with very quiet electric outboard motor! We are lucky enough to have a boat slip, so they came very close in and Ollie waded out to greet them!

Another friend came round this afternoon and we all set off for a walk around the bottom of the cliffs. Spotted these primroses, clinging on but doing very nicely!

We had a lovely time, then came back and sat in garden in glorious sunshine, getting pink! While I put together something to eat, she and M played recorder duets to accompany me! Long leisurely tea and all in all a great afternoon. Only down side being that Ollie is now limping after lots of dashing about all day!
