Teacher For a Day

I had a chance to talk to four middle school religion classes today.  It was my first time in front of a class as an adult since I was a guest reader way back when my girls were students here.  I talked to the kids about the influence of scripture and prayer in my life and how to be aware of God's word in their life now and in the future.  The kids were great and had some good and engaging questions. 

The regular teacher of the class took this snap so I was able to post a blip today.  I was planning to take group photos with each class but we went for the whole period!  I didn't know I had a whole class worth in me! ;-)
