No actually I walked round the corner to lark lane, had a little chat with the man in the corner shop, about Coffee and the fact that I can't drink it any more, got caught in the rain , some guy stepped out of the bushes and asked me if I had a light. Some other guy was very unsuccessfully training his Staffie in the park. I got wet, my eyes started twitching and is still twitching ,and now I can have some brekkie!

Busy day today ... need to get HEAPS done & need a bit of a pick me up, to get going .... blood tests acupunture, neurology revision. Shall probs return at about 10 o'clock tonight !

That spider better not multiply while I'm gone!!
