Close encounters.....

The lorry arrived in for the cattle at 10am. Got them loaded eventually,but Willie was having bother getting the lifting decks to work.
Seemingly when he got to the mart he had even more bother getting the decks to come down .
I was well down the ballot today,so by the time I had nabbed some of the yardsmen to help me draw the cattle into their correct pens I still had time to kill so went and had my lunch in the canteen first.
They sold quite well apart from the fact I got kicked in the knee by one heifer when I was in the ring. Managed to hobble round to sell the rest,now got a nice bruise starting !
