What else to do on a miserable morning but visit Silverburn, one of the nearby shopping centres where you can walk up and down the avenue without getting wet.

My first visit was to the EE shop followed by coffee from Costa and then on to Waterstones to check on the publication dates for the five paperback books I'm waiting for. Steve Cavanagh's 'The Accomplice' is due in the middle of April so not too long to wait for that one.
