Longstone Lighthouse

Of Grace Darling fame. Today we've seen the lighthouses of Seahouses, Inner Farne ( plus two disused ones), Longstone and Bamburgh. What a day. And no rain either. We had a boat trip out to the Farne Islands which was slightly bumpy but not bad. It was a really good trip  Lots of grey seals and some seabirds returning to their breeding grounds. 

The extras are a beautiful eider duck and Bamburgh Castle and beach. 

On the bus back to Berwick now and we'll be preparing for our last meal out later.
