Chinese Broccoli
I remember the first time I ordered Chinese broccoli...I was quite confused when a plate of leafy vegetables came to my table. Although they were tasty, they were not the little trees I expected.
When we cooked our Chinese broccoli this time, we dunked it into ice water right after boiling it to keep it fresh, crisp, and green then drizzled oyster sauce over the top.
I'm so grateful to have fresh vegetables readily available, a place to cook and friends to share the experience!
