up in knots

first time back at the physiotherapist for a while. Met the new guy, and was pleased with his results. Working on my lower back to deal with a sciatica issue. Plenty of knots to undo and trigger points to, well, un-trigger. Can't say it was all smooth sailing, but at least this time there was no suggestion of acupuncture. (last time was excruciating) Lots of homework to do...
