Re-birth-day

There has been a lot of excitement in Christchurch as this small street, New Regent Street, has reopened. It might not look much but it means a lot here. Parts of cathedral square are also accessible.

I know it's not a birthday as such but for everyone here it is part of the rebirth of their city.
