Here Comes Wednesday!

Bitterly cold at -4 degrees this morning but my word was there a glorious start to the day with this glow developing into a beautiful, if very short lived, sunrise. If you look closely, you'll see the cloud lingering in the valley.

I'm looking after Buster, the family cat, who lives with Mum and Dad at the moment whilst they are away for a few days. This was a gorgeous morning reward. :-)

Such promise for a bright day...only the heavens had truly opened by the time I headed off for a walk tonight. I was absolutely drenched! I think you'd describe the rain as stair rods...perhaps explaining why I didn't see another soul!!
