Ides of March

On this historically ominous day, the Ides of March, should I worry about the magpie having sat in the tree all morning, or about all of those dark clouds?
I kind of like magpies. They are very handsome, and I only have to look after them at the feeder so they do not harm the tiny tits, but other than that, I don't think they forebode anything ominous. And those dark clouds only hold snow, and that isn't harmful either.
Beware... it still holds a certain echo...
