Sourdough

Well, it got to nearly 23.30 and I hadn't taken a single shot, so time to get creative. Or desperate: you decide :-)

I've developed a taste for sourdough bread of late, with both M&S and Tesco doing good ones, and Waitrose doing a sliced one which is OK if you can't get to M&S or Tesco (oddly).

So, a sourdough loaf it is today. I could wibble on about textures etc, but basically necessity is behind this!
