March around the Pond

Another busy day comes and goes. The morning was spent making the final preparations for the bathroom refurbishment. We took down all the paintings from the walls on route to the bathrooms, moved some furniture around to make access easier and stowed away the last items. All our bathroom activities will have to take place in the small shower room in the basement for the next few weeks. I expect we'll manage.

After lunch we filled a box with bric-a-brac and books for the scouts' jumble sale. A little bit more decluttering done. Hurrah. Then it was such a beautiful Spring afternoon that we decided to make a quick trip to Frensham Little Pond for a circumnavigation. It really was quite beautiful and not so cold as it has been lately.
