Happy Birthday CJ!

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since we were at the hospital, welcoming CJ into our lives.

But reflecting now, what a year it has been. One filled with not only smiles, laughter and learning but also tears and sorrow. And two trips to NZ.

Somewhere along the way CJ has grown from a tiny baby into a big boy, and has developed his own charming and inquizitive personality and cheeky grin, which is impossible not to love.

This morning we Skyped the grandparents so they could watch him open his birthday gifts. The use of technology has definitely made his year easier and brought CJ closer to family and friends around the world as well as recording this special moments forever.

I can't wait to see what the next year is going to bring...
