Surprise Heron

I was typing up a report in the spare bedroom this morning.  I looked up at one point and there was a heron strutting across the garden.  I ran though to the dining room to collect my camera and managed to get a quick couple of pictures of the heron through the window before it flew off.  It looks as if it might have something in its beak - hope it is not a frog!

Mary has pulled a muscle in her lower back and has been “suffering” all day.  I feel really sorry for her.

I attended a meeting at the John Buchan Museum this afternoon.  It will be re-opening at the beginning of April.
